Tiki-Ti Bar is the oldest family-owned Tiki bar in Los Angeles, the birthplace of the Polynesian-inspired rum palaces that were all the rage in the 1940s through the 1960s. Opened by legendary bartender Ray Buhen on April 28, 1961, Tiki-Ti occupies a former violin repair shop owned by Ray’s father-in-law.
